What is person-centred therapy?

Person-centred therapy is a non-directive, empathetic approach to counselling that empowers you to explore your feelings, experiences, and values at your own pace. The therapist’s role is to support you without judgment, offering a safe space for healing and growth.

How is it different from other therapy types?

Unlike structured or clinical approaches, person-centred therapy is guided by your needs—not a fixed method or diagnosis. It prioritizes genuine connection and active listening over “fixing” problems.
