Service Policy
Soul & Co.
Our booking policy is straightforward, ensuring you can easily access person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life coaching. We prioritize your comfort, offering both in-person and online sessions tailored to your needs.
01 Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to use counselling services.
You must provide accurate personal information during intake.
02 Services Provided
Therapeutic services include in-person, Telehealth, and nature-based sessions, as well as animal-assisted therapy.
These services are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care.
If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
03 Payments & Cancellations
- 45 Minute Session time $95 CAD
- 90 Minute Session time $145 CAD
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of the booking.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once if 24 hours’ notice is given.
- No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged the full session fee.
- Payment is accepted by cheque, credit, debit, or cash at the end of the session.

04 Privacy & Confidentiality
All services comply with Ontario’s
Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)

05 Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you agree that
Soul and Co., its therapists, and affiliates are not liable for outcomes related to therapeutic services, beyond those outlined by applicable laws and professional regulations.
06 Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
